I love organizing.  It's so very satisfying when sketches, samples, notes and emails all come together in one cohesive package.

I have a very strong bond with my highlighter.  When it crosses off things of the list and notes off the drawings I know I'm really accomplishing things.

I love colour.  Life is too brilliant to live only in black, white and beige.

I fell in love with drafting in grade 10 woodshop.  It showed me that I had been drafting with my crayons and rulers since I was five years old.

I'm a night owl.  Daytime is full of distractions, but at night it is easy to focus.  You will often find emails from me in your inbox from the dark hours of the night.  Don't worry, I don't expect you to answer them until you can.

I drink my coffee black, and usually cold by the time I remember it's there.

I studied Architectural Technologies at BCIT, but found a home in Interior Design.

I often don't see my clients for months.  We exchange emails, sketches, dropbox work back and forth...  then "bing-bang-boom" the job is done!

I am not a designer.  People outside of the industry have no idea what I do.

I work in AutoCAD and Vectorworks.  I love both for different reasons.  Perhaps some day I'll develop and new software that's a hybrid of all the best parts of both.
